Admission Policy & Requirements

Admission into the School of Graduate Studies and Research (SGSR) is based on merit, academic readiness, and commitment to ethical conduct.

  • Academic Documents: Official certificates and transcripts from a recognized undergraduate institution.
  • Passport-size Photograph: One recent color photo.
  • Admission Form: Complete the official SGSR admission form.
  • Minimum GPA: A minimum GPA of 2.50 is required for Master’s programs.
  • Entrance Examination: Applicants must sit for an entrance exam.
  • Ethical Standards: Any falsification or misconduct results in disqualification.
  • Registration Fee: $30 non-refundable.

Financial Policy

The School of Graduate Studies and Research (SGSR) provides flexible payment options to support students in managing their tuition and educational expenses.

Payment Flexibility
  • Fees may be paid in monthly installments or according to an agreed payment plan.
  • Students facing financial challenges may submit a payment plan to the finance office.
  • Late payments are accepted up to the final examination period if arrangements are made in advance.
  • All fees must be cleared before results are released or degrees/diplomas are awarded.

  • All fees must be deposited only into the official university accounts.
  • Every receipt must include the student’s full registered name.
  • Students must present the original bank receipt to the finance office.
  • No cash payments are accepted at the university premises.
